Reporting Improvement Activities

Please follow these steps to report Improvement Activities :

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on MIPS measures reporting on the drop drown menu under Home:

  3. Enter your individual NPI and the TIN used to bill Medicare. If reporting as a GPRO, please enter 0 under NPI. Click on + to add the NPI and TIN:

  4. Click on Add Measures:Add_Measures.png
  5. Click on Tab Improvement Activities:Tab-Improvement_Activities.png
  6. Select Improvement Activities to attest by clicking on Add:Choose_IA.png 
  7. Please email us your reporting period start date and end date associated with this attestations (at least 90 days).
